We do not guarantee exact visual matching.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
All orders placed are subject to acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
• Cancel or refuse any order
• Limit quantities
• Request additional verification
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
SECTION 4 - PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in INR (₹).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment details.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
• Production Time: 1–3 working days
• Delivery Time: 3–7 working days across India
Delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the courier.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are only accepted in case of:
• Damaged product
• Incorrect item received
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images).
Custom and bulk orders are non-refundable.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content including designs, images, text, and branding belong to Hesh Decor.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website is powered by Shopify.
We are not responsible for third-party services including payment gateways or logistics providers.

Hesh Decor shall not be liable for:
