REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Hesh Decor, all products are made-to-order using MDF and laser cutting processes. Due to the customized nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy.
Returns
We do NOT accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection by the customer
• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish
Each product is manufactured specifically after order placement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Returns or replacements are only accepted if:
• The product is damaged during delivery
• You receive the wrong item
To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Clear photos of the product

Replacement Process
If approved:
• A replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost
• No refund will be issued unless replacement is not possible
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
• Customized products
• Bulk orders
• Used or damaged items after delivery
• Sale items
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
• Replacement is not possible
• Order is cancelled by us before production
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
